Flour Sack Animation

in my Traditional Animation 1 class we worked on animating flour sacks. I might post more animations later, like my character jump and my walk cycle. Now that my first year is over, I'm pretty happy with what I've accomplished. It's gonna be a bit of a struggle to force myself to draw from life every day. I'll definitely draw dumb things, but I should probably try to improve my drawing skills instead of drawing the same dumb stuff I always draw. Yay summer!

Semester 1: Done

So by the end of this week, I'll be done with my first semester of college! Here's some artwork that I did during the semester.

These are projects from my 3D class. We had to make a skeleton out of wire, and we had to make a toy. My toy was a paper doll thing, so it's only sort of 3D.

This is drawing class stuff. I really didn't like drawing class, so that's why there's only two pictures.

These are a few of my figure drawings. When I get my portfolio back, I'll probably post more. The cartoony ones were for a character design project in that class. We had to take a pose and create a "character" using that pose.

Disney World!

Well, I'm finally at Ringling College of Art and Design, and it's basically awesome. I don't have a ton of artwork yet, but as soon as I do I'll be posting that stuff. I went to Disney World last weekend and did some sketches.

It was fun.
